Burrata Crostini with Mortadella and Pistachio Pesto

- 12 slices of a french baguette cut into ½"-¾" slices
- ½ cup burrata
- 4 slices mortadella
- ⅓ cup pistachio pesto
- Chopped pistachios for garnish
Prepare the bread toasts by baking, grilling or frying them. Add the burrata to the crostini, and top the burrata with pistachio pesto.
Top the pistachio pesto with ⅓ slice of mortadella. Garnish with chopped pistachios. Serve immediately!
