These burrata crostini with mortadella and pistachio pesto take a classic Italian flavor combination and make it into a delicious appetizer!
Prepare the bread toasts by baking, grilling or frying them.
Add the burrata to the crostini, and top the burrata with pistachio pesto.
Top the pistachio pesto with 1/3 slice of mortadella. Garnish with chopped pistachios. Serve immediately!
